I know my family can't be the only one where we don't agree on pizza toppings. So we split it, 50-50, right? Well, I applied the same principle to our dessert this week:
Half chocolate chip-raspberry brownie pizza...
And half M&M brownie pizza. Can you say "totally delish?"
Now I got the idea from my bloggy Buddy Cris over at Goodeness Gracious. Ever since she made her Red, White & Blue Spoon Brownies, I've been craving them. Now Cris made hers in a jelly roll pan and got more of a spoon-esque creation. I made mine on my Pampered Chef pizza stone (one of the best gifts I've ever received from my MIL) and lined the stone with parchment paper. I'd heard that was the way to make a brownie pizza crust and it would keep it from overflowing...the idea of which seriously stressed me out. It worked like a charm. I used a supreme brownie mix with chocolate chunks in it. I mean, if you're having brownies, let's have some brownies, right?
I baked it just a tick over 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It was perfection. I unwillingly let it cool. It was smelling pretty fabulous. While it was cooling, I mixed together a tub of whipped cream cheese and a jar of marshmallow fluff according to Cris's directions. She used 2 of each, 1 of each worked fine for me.
Spread it on your yummy brownie crust and prepare for the toppings!
Now I had no trouble believing Cris that raspberries would be fabulous on this. I added in some of the mini Hershey Kisses for baking, too. Yum!
Now my mom was coming for dinner, so I had to have something on this concoction besides fruit. She recently had an colostomy and can't eat any fresh fruits or veggies. And since my kidders aren't super fond of raspberries, I went for the sure-fire crowd pleaser: M&Ms!
Both halves were a hit, but my fave was the chocolate raspberry. To grab the recipe, stop by Cris's blog. :)

Looks fantastic!~ The only problem is that now I would have to have 2 pieces instead of one!
