But while I was making it, Baby Boy "helped" by absconding with Jamie's recipe card. I'm still hunting it. So here's what I did...but it's not exactly like Jamie makes it. Maybe it was a good thing the brother wasn't here to enjoy. Last time I made it I don't think he thought mine was a good as Jamie's. I would have hated to disappoint him twice in a row.
Start my browning a pound of ground beef. Then add in about 1/4 pound of pepperoni.
Now I used a package of itty-bitty, baby-sized pepperoni. It was about 1/3 of a pound. So I used the whole thing. #1: I thought they were cute. #2: They were on sale. #3: I thought they'd be great for mixing in with the sauce.
Brown that all up some more.
Put in some pizza sauce. Now I used spaghetti sauce. #1. Cause that's what I had. #2: Cause let's be honest: it's all seasoned tomato sauce, right?
Take 2 cans of refrigerator biscuits and your kitchen shears. Cut them into quarters and put them evenly across the bottom of a greased 9x13" dish.
Spread your sauce mixture across the top.
Add anything else you want. Half of us like mushrooms. Half don't. So, I put mushrooms on half. Cause I'm in the half that likes mushrooms.
Add 1.5 cup mozarella cheese to top.
Add another cup of cheddar cheese on top of that.
Bake to ooey-gooey-goodness. Simple huh? So simple you probably don't need a recipe. But here it is anyway:

I've never heard of bubble pizza before...but it looks and sounds really really good!! I can see making this on a cold winter night!!! mmmmmm!!!!!
