Bubby Time: Dinosphere

Last week I was able to spend a few days with just my Bubby, while Sissy was at camp and Baby Boy was in Indiana with the Old Man. The 1st couple of days we were home alone, then he went to a training with me in Indiana. Afterward, he was treated to a trip to the Children's Museum of Indianapolis with Gal in the Middle and me. There was soooo much to see and do there, that I decided I definitely needed to break this up into several posts. Today: the Dinoshere!
Bubby loved learning about and checking out the dinosaurs. He declared himself a expert after our trip to Dinosaur World last summer.
This one he said looked like one of the Star Wars beasts, but I forget with one. Oops.
T-Rex was his favorite, but the Triceratops was cool, too! The T-Rex made me think of my bloggy friend Katie and her turkeys...and here's why.
Awesome Gal in the Middle helped him build the Gorgasaurus puzzle. Isn't she cool? The Gorgasaurus is related to the T-Rex.
We thought the little scene of the T-Rex pushing a baby carriage was funny! Not exactly a real portrait of dino life, huh?
He was impressed with the fossils, too, especially because he and the Old Man find fossils at our house all the time...not super exciting ones, but fossils of little shells.
And me? I liked Barbie & Ken on an archeological dig....and the Barbie exhibit going on in the museum...more on that later!
